2026 MEFMA Awards of Excellence in FM.

One of the highlights of my year has been having the privilege of being a judge for the 2026 MEFMA Awards of Excellence in FM.

Reading the submissions has reminded me just how much incredible work is happening across our profession. Behind every entry are teams of passionate people making workplaces safer, smarter, more sustainable and better places to be.

Judging certainly wasn't easy! The quality of the entries was outstanding, and it's been inspiring to see so much innovation, collaboration and commitment across the Middle East.

A huge thank you to everyone who entered and shared your stories.

Now I'm looking forward to the next stage – celebrating with the finalists and finding out who takes home the awards at the MEFMA Awards Gala Dinner in Dubai on 17 September.

Good luck to everyone shortlisted. I can't wait to celebrate your achievements!
